Michael’s career spans leading sales recruiting initiatives for high-growth companies and coaching sales leaders on how to attract, evaluate, and retain top talent. Before launching his own firm, he held senior recruiting leadership roles where he led sales recruiting for over 30 sister companies across the continental United States.
